Are you ready to heal and become empowered to take the world by storm? I love to work with clients to address these concerns plus substance use issues, anxiety, and depression. I currently offer in person and telehealth services which is particularly beneficial to those with busy schedules, or those that have been fearful of coming into an office setting. I see children and adults ages 6+. All of my services are person centered and tailored to you, my client.
By using a person-centered approach, I am able to help you really focus on the problems in your life that matter the most and address those issues as efficiently as possible. The treatment modalities that I use are all evidence based or evidence supported. I use a range of modalities including CBT, EMDR, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness techniques.
