Life changes and so do we. Life challenges us to adjust and change with it. Fresh Path tele-therapy offers a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore issues and build new positive mindful strategies to adapt, heal, and meet life's changes and challenges from the comfort of your own home. Whether it's building new strategies for inner peace and strength to more positively address those changes and challenges, accept and cope with things out of our control, or mending emotional scars of loss, abuse, or relationships, I provide a safe, supportive environment from the comfort of your own home to learn about yourself and heal. I offer a holistic toolkit of proven methodologies and techniques including brief solution-focused therapy (BSFT), mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (MCBT), and mindfulness from an existential perspective that can unwind, reboot, and change your internal narrative and programming that can knock us off course. You know yourself better than anyone else ever will. I hope to build on your strengths and give you the space to access your own wisdom. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 37 years of experience as a therapist. Therapeutic connection and dynamics are crucial to a positive therapy experience.
