We allow up to three consultations to provide you with the opportunity to choose the therapist you feel most comfortable with. The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

Everyone has their own timeline in feeling better. It generally depends on how often we meet for sessions, how willing you are to share your thoughts in sessions and if you follow through with practicing the techniques we talk about. At Daffodil Counseling we offer concierge virtual therapy with availability for 60 min, 90 min and 120 min sessions. You and your therapist will work together to from the three options of session length and the frequency that you meet each week.

Groups I Work With

    At Daffodil Counseling we work with children ages 6 years to 12 years, teenagers ranging from 13 years to 17 years , adults age 18 and older as well as couples, families and relationships. We specialize in Gottman Relationship Therapy Level I, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Integrative Therapy. Daffodil Counseling is a virtual practice, allowing you to remain comfortable in your home, with no commute, to participate in therapy. We have varied session lengths and offer day, evening and weekend meeting times.
