My Approach to Helping
If you're here, there's a good chance you're feeling stuck in your relationship, in your sense of self, or in the direction your life is heading. Maybe communication with your partner has broken down, or you're carrying the weight of responsibilities without feeling seen or understood. Maybe you've always been the one others rely on, but lately, that isn't working like it used to—and you're wondering what now?
You're not alone. And it's not too late to change.
I work with couples who are struggling to reconnect and with individuals, especially men, who are ready to explore their inner world, even if they've never been to therapy before. Whether you're navigating conflict, burnout, grief, or simply a season of questions, we'll work together to understand what's happening and move toward something more grounded and meaningful.
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and steady. I use emotionally focused therapy (EFT) to help couples strengthen trust and communication and draw from humanistic and existential approaches to support individual clients in reconnecting with themselves and their purpose.
As someone who transitioned into this work after two decades in a different career, I bring real-life experience and deep respect for the courage it takes to seek support. Clients often tell me they feel truly heard—sometimes for the first time in years. If you're looking for a place to slow down, reflect, and grow, I'd be honored to walk with you.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
If you're unsure whether therapy is right for you, you're not alone. Many of the clients I work with were skeptical or hesitant at first - especially those who are used to solving problems on their own.
But therapy doesn't mean you're broken. It means you're ready to look at your life with honesty, courage, and a desire for something more. You don't have to have it all figured out to start. Just showing up is enough.
How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 20 years in the world of IT and cybersecurity - navigating leadership roles, deadlines, family responsibilities, and seasons of personal struggle. I know what it's like to feel stuck or unsure of the next step, even when everything on the outside looks fine.
My own journey through therapy helped me reconnect with purpose and possibility - and ultimately led me to this work. I don't see people as problems to fix, but as humans doing their best to navigate the complexity of life. That perspective shapes everything I do as a therapist.
Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
Strength isn't about pushing through. It's about having the courage to face what's real and make space for growth.
Many of my clients are high-functioning, dependable people who have always handled life on their own - until life threw them something they couldn't solve with willpower alone. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the deeper parts of yourself. It's not weakness - it's wisdom.
