We are all problem solvers, but sometimes we're also problem creators. Unhelpful thoughts and beliefs about ourselves and others can snowball until we no longer feel in control. You deserve to feel lighter so that you are better able to tackle life's challenges.
As a dedicated counselling therapist, my mission is to provide a respectful space where you can be your authentic self. By listening without judgment, I will empower you to explore thoughts and feelings, allowing for important self-discoveries and personal growth. My approach draws from several evidence-based therapies, including Person-Centered, Acceptance and Commitment, Cognitive Behavioral, and Narrative Therapies—all tailored to support you with issues relating to school, work, relationships, life transitions, identity, purpose, fulfillment, and more.
