We can work together and activate the resources that are lying within you. You are just a call away towards journey of healthy change, overcome challenges of your everyday life and maintain mental well-being.
Being client-centered, I employ integrative approaches like solution-focused, CBT, mindfulness meditation, IFS, narrative therapy, EMDR and somatic approaches, to help create positive outlook towards life and facilitate the processing of difficult memories. I can support you for healing your inner self by offering non-judgmental and confidential services.
Believing that client is expert of their own life, they have resources that they are not able identify due to difficult times; WE can work together to build resilience and persevere through tough situation. Let's talk and work on it together. Considering time and financial constraints, I also offer brief sessions and Single-Session Therapy as per the needs.
