My Approach to Helping

Whether you’re a creative, a therapist, or someone who felt they had to grow up too fast, you may be deeply attuned to the world—yet struggle to offer yourself the same understanding. Anxiety, perfectionism, or relationship patterns may keep you stuck. Self-doubt can shake your instincts, and the pressures of visibility, caregiving, or self-sacrifice can leave you depleted. When stress derails confidence and self-expression, pushing through often makes things worse. Therapy offers a different path—helping you cultivate the resilience needed to live a more embodied, fulfilling life.

In our work together, you’ll uncover the unconscious patterns that contribute to emotional pain, develop tools for self-regulation, and explore new ways of engaging with life’s challenges. As a creative process, therapy invites exploration, opens new perspectives, and empowers you to create meaningful change.

Drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches, I offer an individualized experience rooted in your unique needs and goals. My practice is an inclusive space where all identities and lived experiences are warmly welcomed. Reach out today to schedule a free consultation, and take the first step toward renewed creativity, clarity, and inner strength.

More Info About My Practice

Before becoming a therapist, I earned a Fine Arts degree and worked in the film industry, where I explored storytelling as a means of personal and collective transformation. Through my creative work, I experienced firsthand how filmmaking can be a powerful tool for self-discovery, helping me confront personal and societal narratives that shaped my life. This journey ultimately led me to psychotherapy, where I now help others navigate their own creative and emotional landscapes. I believe in the power of therapy to foster growth, resilience, and deeper connection, and I’m passionate about supporting individuals—especially creatives, therapists, and those who grew up too fast—as they work through challenges and reclaim their authentic voice.
