Research has shown that the number one determinant for success in therapy boils down to the therapist and client relationship. I think that holds true to all areas of life. Whether that’s your doctor, dentist, mechanic, accountant, etc.
That’s why one of my top priorities is to connect with each of my clients. Without that connection, therapy has little chance for success. I want nothing more than to provide a space that can help accomplish that for you. My approach is warm and flexible. I can jump right into the issues with you on the first session, or I can take it slow, at a pace where you feel most comfortable. The word “comfortable” is really the key for me. I want you to feel comfortable being able to come in and talk about the difficult issues.
Therapy with me consists of you being able to come into a comfy office and address your pressing issues. You will be supported, cared for and heard. I will work with you and there will be no judgment. I offer both weekly and bi-weekly therapy sessions.
