My Approach to Helping
What is your life story so far? When reflecting on your past, are you self-critical about your choices? Do you struggle with people-pleasing, self-image, and your identity? My goal is to help you make sense of your past so that the wisdom you already contain can be used to allow you to live joyfully in the present, to be able to sit with emotions without overwhelm, and understand the purpose of your losses, suffering, and pain.

Sabrina uses various therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Eye-Movement Desensitization Therapy. She understands that taking the first step toward receiving therapy is not an easy one, and she wants to help.
If you are new to telehealth or unsure of receiving therapy online, Sabrina will talk you through every step of the process. She works with each client to identify why they are seeking therapy, what their goals are, and how she can help them make positive changes. She also understands that your goals may change over time, and that is ok.
