My Approach to Helping

Healing Through Affirmation, Resilience and Growth
At Valiant Minds Counseling, I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to therapy, ensuring that every client has a safe, affirming space to explore their experiences, heal from past pain, and build a more fulfilling future.

I specialize in trauma recovery, grief support, and LGBTQIA+ mental health, tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique journey. I recognize that healing is deeply personal and connected to identity, relationships, and cultural background. My goal is to help clients reclaim their sense of self, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

With years of experience as a domestic violence counselor, I bring a specialized focus on trauma-informed care, resilience-building, and emotional empowerment.
