My Approach to Helping
I enjoy meeting new people and finding ways to help them have an uplifting experience. I believe that a positive therapeutic relationship between therapist and client is essential to growth and the healing process.
My approach is eclectic, and tailored to what you need, with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Person-Centered, REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy), Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. My experience includes mental health assessments, case management, pre-screening, initial diagnostic interviews, service, and treatment planning.
