My Approach to Helping

Compassionate Support for Life’s Challenges

Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals find clarity, resilience, and healing in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. My goal is to help clients explore their emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and build self-empowerment as they navigate life’s transitions.

I specialize in working with young adults and college students who are struggling with:
✔ Anxiety and Stress Management
✔ Depression and Mood Issues
✔ Grief and Loss
✔ Substance Use and Recovery Support
✔ Trauma and PTSD Recovery
✔ Life Transitions and Personal Growth
✔ College and Academic Stress

Therapeutic Approach and Specialties
I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach, helping clients identify their inner resources and create meaningful change. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and integrates evidence-based techniques, including:

✔ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Restructuring negative thought patterns for emotional well-being
✔ Existential Therapy – Exploring life’s meaning and personal growth
✔ Person-Centered Therapy – Providing empathetic, client-led support
✔ Mindfulness-Based Techniques – Cultivating self-awareness and stress reduction
✔ Trauma-Informed Care – Supporting healing from past wounds
