You're ready for a change and want to dig deeper, gain a better understanding of yourself & create new patterns that will get you where you want to be.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
In our experience, we've found that keeping your therapy sessions consistent yields the best results, and so we recommend attending a session either weekly or bi-weekly at the start of therapy. As treatment progresses, you can space your sessions out further or attend as needed.
With that being said...everyone has different needs, insurance coverage, and schedules, and so it is completely up to you and what you think would be best!
