My Approach to Helping
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or just tired of holding it all together. Maybe you’re longing for a deeper connection with yourself, with others, or with the world around you. If you’ve landed here, you’re probably ready for some kind of shift.
As a therapist, I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion into the room. I believe therapy should feel like a genuine human connection, one where you can show up fully, even in your messiest moments, and still feel deeply seen. I’m not a blank slate, and I won’t just nod silently while you talk. I’ll be with you, ask questions, bring humor when it fits, and help you make sense of things with kindness and clarity.
I draw from mindfulness-based approaches, Buddhist psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other evidence-based tools to support you in building awareness, softening self-judgment, and creating lasting change. Whether we’re working through anxiety, relationship struggles, identity questions, or the weight of caregiving, I’ll meet you with presence and respect.
This space is yours. We’ll move at your pace, honoring your story and your strengths. Healing doesn’t mean fixing yourself; it means coming home to who you are.
