I'm a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a passion for supporting individuals in their journey towards emotional well-being. I combine evidence-based therapies with a warm demeanor to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I utilize modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, assertiveness training, and person-centered therapy.
