My Approach to Helping
Are you experiencing feelings of inadequacy, anxiety, grief and other overwhelming emotions? Are you navigating the lasting effects of trauma and its impact your identity and relationships? Often our symptoms are part of survival mechanisms that helped us in the past. Unfortunately, they can lead to unwanted behaviours in our present lives that can cause us shame and self-loathing. What you really deserve is compassion and care towards your pain. It takes a great deal of courage to embark on a path of healing and growth, and I consider it a privilege to work along side you throughout your journey.
I aim to foster a warm, compassionate and supportive space where you can unpack your thoughts and feelings. Together, we will explore patterns in your life that may be holding you back from living your truest potential. I strive to help you connect to yourself and reach your goals in the realm of personal-growth, relationships andor work.
My training and lived experience allows me to support a diverse set of clients, including adult children of immigrants, queer folks, and those navigating relational and intergenerational trauma.
