My Approach to Helping
Taking that first step to engage in therapy can feel like a daunting, scary task. It is my job to walk by your side in your journey. I aim to create a safe, compassionate environment for you so you feel comfortable exploring those things that you want to change or improve on in your life. Those things, that when processed, will help make you a healthier, stronger, more enlightened individual.
My specialties include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Psychedelic Integration. I work with people that are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, grief and loss, self esteem issues and life transitions.
It is important to work on ourselves in order to live full, satisfying lives. This can feel like a lot and sometimes out of reach. If we take small, and sometimes not so small, but consistent steps we can get there. I encourage you to invest in yourself. You are worth it!
