My Approach to Helping
I work with those who are seeking to experience more authenticity within their relationships and work towards living more meaningful and fulfilling lives. Perhaps there are emotional wounds from the past that are keeping you stuck, or the reality of living in the modern world is overwhelming, leaving little room for connecting with yourself. Maybe you feel a divide between your mind, body, and heart, which is showing up as living a life that feels disconnected from your deeply held values and desires.
My practice is rooted in the belief that within every person exists a wellspring — a source of wisdom, creativity, and innate capacity for healing. I strive to embody an empathic, grounded presence that creates a healing space for you to pause and reconnect to your own inner wisdom. I view psychotherapy as a sacred pause from the demands of daily life, providing an opportunity to turn inwards and attune to the richness of your inner landscape.
My approach is holistic and integrative, honouring the whole person and all layers of your being: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. I blend aspects of Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Conscious Connected Breathwork, Somatic and Mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches. I also offer Psychedelic Integration and Harm Reduction support.
