It is essential for me to understand your perspective since the way we perceive situations influences our emotions and behaviors. I will help you come up with a game plan at the end of each session to help address whatever may be troubling or motivating you at the moment. For over ten years, I have worked as an individual, couples and group therapist. Over these years, clients have described me as genuine, non-judgmental, easy to talk to and effective.
My extensive experience includes helping others through anxiety, depression, relationships, parenthood, anger, sleep and stress. Every person’s journey through life is unique; therefore, I tailor each session to the specific needs of the individual.
