My Approach to Helping
Hello there, thank you for considering me as you search for the support you need. I believe in creating positive rapport as phase one of our potential work together. You are trusting me with your vulnerability and I own that responsibility with humility and respect. I hope that we can create a comfortable environment where you feel heard and understood. We are both joining this relationship with expertise and I can’t do my job without your input. Every therapist has a style and I hope mine will be a good match.
I offer couples relationship counseling and trauma treatment as my two main areas of focus. I practice generally within the realms of anxiety, depression, grief, and acute chronic stress. You can always inquire and I can confirm if your expressed concern is within my scope.
