My Approach to Helping
I help people struggling with OCD who feel trapped by their obsessions and compulsive behaviors that interfere with daily life, relationships, and their well-being. Using Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, I guide clients in confronting their fears, reducing compulsions, and regaining control over their lives. As a result, they experience greater freedom, build healthier routines, and re-engage in social, personal, and professional activities without the weight of obsessive thoughts or rituals.
My experience spans multiple diagnoses such as severe anxiety, OCD, Autism, ADHD, personality disorders and depression. I have supported people through trauma, lossgrief, and life transitions. My work at Rogers Behavioral Health and Resilience Residential Treatment Center, among others, allowed me to train and provide support to these populations.
