My Approach to Helping
I specialize in supporting creative professionals who want to break free from cycles of anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout. Navigating the creative world in LA can be exhilarating, but it also brings unique pressures that can make career growth feel overwhelming. Many of my clients—filmmakers, writers, editors, and artists—find themselves feeling stuck or consumed by stress as they strive to balance their ambitions with emotional well-being.
In therapy, we explore the specific challenges of the creative path. Together, we dig into what keeps you from feeling fulfilled and help you build the inner stability needed to thrive. Our sessions often touch on the art and stories that inspire you, and how these connect to your own experiences and aspirations. It’s a privilege to work alongside creative minds who want to create more beauty and meaning in the world.
If you’re ready to make lasting changes, let’s begin with a 20-minute Zoom consultation. Therapy can be the catalyst that helps you find balance and resilience, guiding you toward the relationships, career, and life you truly want. Schedule your consultation to start your journey.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
I am skilled at helping clients manage overwhelming stress and burnout, navigate creative blocks and perfectionism, and build emotional resilience and self-regulation. I work with individuals facing feelings of inadequacy, chronic emptiness, or lack of fulfillment, and I support clients in enhancing self-awareness, improving communication and conflict resolution, and strengthening self-esteem and self-worth. Additionally, I help clients manage life transitions, cope with imposter syndrome, and develop healthier boundaries in both personal and professional settings, empowering them to rediscover motivation and a renewed sense of direction.
My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
I believe that therapy is an impactful relationship between client and therapist. I hope to establish a close and trustworthy relationship with you, providing a safe and nonjudgmental environment in which to explore challenging emotions and experiences.
I approach my work with the belief that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are largely influenced by unconscious thoughts and early childhood experiences. Our goal is to bring these unconscious conflicts and behavior patterns into the therapeutic space and work through them to create long-lasting change.
I hope to support you in becoming more self-aware and gaining a deeper understanding of themselves, leading to greater emotional growth and improved relationships.
