My Approach to Helping
Many of my clients approach me feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, or burnt out. I’m an experienced therapist who works well with individuals navigating relational challenges, life transitions, and boundary setting. My approach to psychotherapy is to provide you with a free and protected space to express difficult thoughts and feelings and to facilitate the emergence of your authentic self.
Together, we will establish a supportive alliance so that you can make connections between past and present and identify obstacles that prevent you from living your life more fully. Healing permits us to actually embrace and grow from our suffering. I welcome hearing from you.
