My Approach to Helping
If there is one thing in life that is guaranteed, it's that it’s unpredictable. The many twists and turns we experience throughout life can be challenging and overwhelming to manage. Do you find yourself constantly fighting an uphill battle? Do you find yourself repeating the same patterns that work against you? Do you feel anxious, depressed, or overwhelmed? This may be a sign that you need relief. I can help guide your mental health journey, and together we can manage the challenges life throws at you. I have been working in the mental health field since 2011, and have found my calling in helping others heal. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and throughout my professional career, I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings providing therapeutic services to children, young adults, and adults. My goal as a therapist is to not only see my clients experience relief but also to help them thrive and live their best lives each day! I am eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) trained and have experience working with people who have experienced various traumas. I meet people where they are and help create a safe place to bring about the change they want in their lives.
