My Approach to Helping
Hello & Welcome! I am a person centered therapist that will use different theories and techniques to help you through the hardest times of your life. I am not here to fix you, because you aren't broken, but I will do my best to understand your hurt and help you through it. I want you to feel comfortable and heard, so I might use cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, or motivational interviewing just to name a few.
