My approach is holistic and personalized, using techniques like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally-Focused Therapy, and somatic practices. Together, we’ll work to foster greater connection to yourself and others, while empowering you to experience a deeper sense of well-being and create meaningful, lasting change.

I believe deeply in the healing power of Non-Violent Communication (NVC) and aspire to contribute to a world where we truly value each other’s feelings and needs, approaching both ourselves and others with curiosity and compassion. I’m passionate about body-based and contemplative practices that foster connection and healing. Activities like hiking, practicing yoga, and spending time in nature, as well as with the people I love, are grounding for me and connect me to a deep sense of aliveness. I bring these values and passions into my work, striving to create a space where my clients can feel seen, heard, and supported on their journeys.
