My Approach to Helping
Offering flexible scheduling Monday through Saturday, for virtual or in person sessions. Both daytime and evening slots are available.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and have been supporting individuals with both Mental Health & Addiction related concerns in both community and hospital-based settings for nearly a decade.
I have a special interest in strength-based, solution-focused approaches to psychotherapy with working professionals looking to address the impacts of chronic stress, burnout, compassion fatigue, and perfectionism in their lives.
Helping others to realize their existing potential for growth, change, and resiliency is at the core of my professional practice. My goal is to create a supportive and safe space for meaningful and insightful conversations. Through a gentle and empathetic approach, I aim to establish a sense of trust, safety, and comfort where clients can explore thoughts, feelings, and discuss problems openly and honestly. Together we can work through challenges, set healthy goals, develop effective coping strategies, and explore new pathways towards becoming your best self.
