My Approach to Helping
If you find yourself in a place of needing guidance or support in overcoming obstacles that are holding you back from where you want to be in your life, let’s begin a therapeutic relationship. My style is compassionate and authentic. I create a warm, safe space and bring a genuine listening ear to each session. I believe in gently challenging clients in both thoughts and behaviors because I know you're strong enough to handle it. I play an active role in therapy, and you will not be left alone to sort through the things that have been holding you back from inner peace. My goal is to assist you in finding balance. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all model, and it would be unfair if I provided services to you through that frame of mind. I pull from several approaches in order to tailor treatment to each individual's goals and needs.
