I know what it’s like to live with anxiety, depression, and trauma—and to feel like things might never get better. In our sessions, I show up as my full self—warm, genuine, caring, and not afraid to bring a little humor into the mix. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and that with the right support, growth and resilience are absolutely within reach. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and truly heard.
