My Approach to Helping

I know what it’s like to live with anxiety, depression, and trauma—and to feel like things might never get better. Reaching out for help can be one of the hardest steps to take, but it can also be the beginning of something really meaningful. Healing, self-love, and acceptance are possible. You are worth the effort, and you don’t have to do it alone. Let’s take that first step together.

In our sessions, I show up as my full self—warm, genuine, caring, and not afraid to bring a little humor into the mix. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and that with the right support, growth and resilience are absolutely within reach. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and truly heard.

I offer free 15-minute consultations, so we can connect and see if we’re a good fit. If you’re ready to explore what healing could look like for you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
