My Approach to Helping

I know what it’s like to have anxiety, depression, and trauma and feel like things don’t get better. It’s not always easy to take the first step and look for help, but it’s worth the time to find healing, self-love and acceptance. You are worth it, so let’s take the first step towards your healing and work together towards a better you.

In my sessions, I like to be authentic, warm, caring, and use humor. I believe we are the experts in our lives and capable of self-exploration, growth, and resiliency. My main goal in session is to create a safe space where you can feel heard, accepted, and seen.

I provide free 30-minute counseling consultations. Please reach out, and let’s explore together to see if we are a good fit. I would love to help you find relief and joy again in life.
