My Approach to Helping
My focus is to help individuals, couples, and families find paths forward through identifying problematic patterns and moving toward healing ones. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and helping to support change with a compassionate-focused approach. I have extensive training in family systems therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and solution-focused brief and narrative therapy. Together we will customize a treatment plan that works for you.
