My Approach to Helping

As a LPC who believes in the transformative power of empathy and genuine connection, I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Let's partner together to build a therapeutic relationship built on trust. Together, we’ll explore not only your challenges but also your strengths, values, and aspirations.

"Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced."--James Baldwin

More Info About My Practice

My therapeutic style is eclectic, meaning that I draw from a number of therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of my clients. Therapy takes time to yield results. We will not resolve all challenges within one or two sessions. I encourage clients to be patient with themselves and the process while also continuing to push towards their goals.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Counseling is a restorative process that can help to decrease stress, improve mood, build confidence, self-esteem, and improve social skills. My therapeutic approach is personalized to meet the needs of each client. Treatment plans are comprehensive and goal oriented.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

Sessions are typically scheduled on a weekly basis and last about 45-60 minutes. Additional options are available to meet the needs of clients.
