I am a trauma-informed therapist who is an LCSW and I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2010 with my master's in social work (MSW). I am passionate about eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) because I wholeheartedly believe that people can change, grow, and heal from trauma.
