My Approach to Helping
I am licensed in the District of Columbia and the state of Maryland with over 24 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, and relationship issues. I have worked in the areas of Domestic Violence, Emergency Departments, Community Service Agencies, In-Home Therapy, and Child Welfare. In addition to being a licensed therapist, I am a certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor. In addition to traditional treatment modalities, I utilize breathing, movement, essential oils, crystals, and affirmation cards in my practice. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
