My Approach to Helping
I believe that people are beautiful in their differences, and I am committed to supporting you in embracing the unique qualities that make you amazing. My focus is on helping adults navigate trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship challenges, identity struggles, and life transitions that contribute to these experiences.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings and foster personal growth. My goal is to help you create lasting change, offering compassion and ensuring you never feel alone on your journey. I utilize client-centered, strength-based, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help you reprocess past trauma and develop new behaviors that support your goals.
