My Approach to Helping
Shavon Warrick is a Christian Based Therapist, Life Coach, and Mentor with over 20 years of experience working with girls and women of all ages. The most effective therapeutic approaches that I typically use in sessions are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy. CBT will allow me to help you identify negative thinking patterns so that we can shift those thoughts into more positive ways of thinking and behaving. Solution-focused techniques allow us to find solutions that will help you overcome whatever obstacle you are facing. Both techniques will empower you to become the best version of yourself and guide you toward a life filled with joy and peace!
