My Approach to Helping

Using a Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach, I can help you better understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected. This insight can be used to help you break negative patterns. I specialize in Trauma-Focused CBT, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused, EMDR, and Family Systems approaches, depending on what will assist your needs.
Life is difficult as is, and sometimes we need help to guide us through the rough parts.
