My Approach to Helping
We can work together to sort through your thoughts and feelings and work toward your personal goals. My approach is collaborative and customized to your individual needs, your agenda will be my agenda. I often pose a question to clients, asking: "How will we know when our therapeutic work is done?" "What will be better or different?" This gets us on a path that focuses on the outcomes of relief and resolution.
We can focus on solutions to relational problems, coping with strong emotions, making major decisions and challenges with coping in everyday life. Anxiety does not need to rule your life. Depression does not need to isolate you. Addiction does not have to ruin your life. There is a way to live a more fulfilling, happy and content life. Together we can explore what that might look like in a gentle, curious, nonjudgmental environment.
