My Approach to Helping

I strongly believe in your inherent ability to grow and change-- to survive neglect, hardship, and trauma and become stronger and more resilient. I help people find their strengths and learn to accept and even love their vulnerabilities. I teach coping skills and I listen intently.

More Info About My Practice

I offer general psychotherapy for adults and young adults dealing with life transitions. I utilize a variety of approaches and techniques based upon understanding your goals and barriers to achieving them.
I am an "in-network" provider for Medicare. For all other insurances, I will provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance for "out of network" coverage.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

My practice covers a wide array of issues that people struggle with, but I have additional training and experience with anxiety, weight and eating disorders, and coping with chronic illness.
