My Approach to Helping

Are you a woman experiencing a high conflict, confusing or troubling relationship? Are you co-parenting or managing a divorce with a difficult person? Having a high conflict person in your life is stressful, and something we aren’t typically equipped to understand and manage without expert guidance. Gaslighting causes you to doubt your reality & feelings. My practice is solely dedicated to supporting women in these troubling circumstances. My specific knowledge and training provides you with the relief and support you need to help you heal and teaches you to use this difficult relationship and experience to grow and transform.
I teach you how to communicate effectively with your difficult person, teaching you techniques for lowering your stress and offering ghost writing services for co-parenting. We will explore your struggles and fears within this relationship, improving your self-talk and turning this un-wanted condition into an opportunity for the life you truly desire.
My life's work is to help women avoid spending their lives in painful, confusing relationships and to avoid negative co-parenting outcomes. Together, we will explore the themes and patterns that brought you to this point and work together to create the life you want for yourself beyond this moment in your life. Do not wait to get support. Every day counts.

My Role as a Therapist

So often women tell me that they may not need therapy because they have friends and family or a partner who listen to them and offer advice. What makes talking to a therapist different, is that while she may care about you, even grow to love you, the relationship is solely focused on you. This means that at all times your well-being, your needs and your experience are the focus of the relationship and the time spent together. This is often the first time in their lives that many women experience unconditional acceptance and positive regard. I find this experience alone is so supportive and positive that you start to feel better about yourself almost immediately. That's when we can begin to explore your current life circumstances, how you got "there" and what you might like to change. Because my role is to think and feel alongside you, offering insights and asking questions that allow you to truly discover who you are and what you want.
