My Approach to Helping

I am a firm believer in the power of community and support. I believe no one deserves to struggle alone. I take a gentle and compassionate approach to meet you exactly where you are. I take a person-centered approach to my work, which means that I acknowledge that you are the expert of your own life. I’m not here to judge or tell you what to do. Instead, I’m here to listen and support you. Together, I hope to work with you to discover your authentic self, so that you can live a life in alignment with your true values.

More Info About My Practice

Hope, healing, and joy. For me, these are the three core values I hold closely when approaching my work in therapy. Life can be full of unpredictable challenges and facing them alone can feel extremely heavy and burdensome. My hope is that through therapy, clients can feel comfortable enough to share their hardships, and in doing so, lighten the heaviness of their burdens. Through a warm, person-centered approach, I hope to create a space where individuals feel heard and supported. I believe no one deserves to struggle alone, and I commit to being a supportive presence to help individuals work towards a path of healing and joy. As a therapist, my ultimate goal is to help individuals feel empowered to live a fulfilling life in alignment with their goals and values.
