My Approach to Helping
TLC counseling services and the counselors/therapists within the practice are ready to assist you with your everyday stressors, mental health concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma-related struggles, and conflicts. Therapy is not just for when the sky is falling but should be seen as a form of self-care. If you have the goal of making it to the other side of your struggle and are ready to do the work to get there, we are here for you. We have a passion for helping others to find their voice, gain a better understanding of how to work through their situation and create a healthier reality than their present state. We provide Teletherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups as well as clinical consultations and parent training.
