I work with you to help you to find out what is causing the difficulties you are feeling in your life and make the changes to improve your life. This may be recovery from depression, anxiety, trauma, complex trauma, abuse, neglect, relationship issues, or having toxic people in your life. I am trained in trauma informed counseling and use its principles with every client.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
Many of us started out life in families that were not aware of things like Attachment or Emotional needs and thus we may not have received all we needed for the best adult life. Sometimes our parents did the best they could with what they knew, or sometimes not. Often we find ourselves as adults doing things we regret, or do not understand, or do not want to do but can't seem to stop. This can cause inner and outer pain, struggles, and difficulties. Psychotherapy is a safe place for you to understand yourself better and empower you to improve your life.
