My Approach to Helping

When working with clients, my first priority is meeting them where they are in their journey. I create a safe, comfortable space where clients can open up at their own pace, explore their goals, and move forward when they're ready. While I may gently challenge them to foster growth, I always ensure our sessions remain supportive. My ultimate goal is to help clients develop lasting wellness strategies that empower them to navigate life with confidence and resilience.

More Info About My Practice

I believe that every individual has the capacity for healing, and my goal is to collaborate with you to unlock your true potential. I’m deeply committed to promoting mental health and well-being, and I actively support initiatives that foster community resilience. My experience includes volunteering at substance use clinics and food pantries, where I’ve seen firsthand the profound impact of compassionate support and access to resources.

In addition, my background as a behavioral specialist in the social work field has given me valuable experience working with children in the welfare system. Through all of these experiences, I aim to empower individuals and strengthen communities, helping to create a more supportive and inclusive environment for everyone.
