My Approach to Helping

I am accepting new clients!

Let therapy be your formula for positive change! My expertise encompasses a variety of individuals and couples who experience depression, low self-esteem and self-worth, anxiety, and relationship difficulties with intimate partners and family. The reward of therapy is in allowing you to become unburdened from severe and excessive emotional pain. Therapy can help you become more empathetic and kind to yourself. I will help you acknowledge and process your feelings, explore what you feel is holding you back, and seek out solutions for positive change.

One of the most significant lessons that I have learned throughout my work is that no individual or relationship is the same. I respect each person's unique journey toward their version of happiness. Each person has their own perspective, attitude, and history. My goal is to help you realize that change is not only possible, but probable with some work and effort.

More Info About My Practice

I have been described by my clients as warm, engaged, and empathetic. My therapeutic style is respectful of each person's individual process and journey. It takes a lot of courage to walk through the therapy door and truly put yourself first. My hope through our work is to convey that we all experience difficulties, but our struggles do not have to dictate our entire lives. Your opinion of yourself matters most and there is an opportunity to be free from your emotional burdens.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

Therapeutic work is my calling in life. I always knew that I wanted to work in a helping field with people. It is truly a privilege to be invited into people's lives and entrusted to help them recognize and achieve their potential. I have witnessed the domino effect of positive change that can occur by helping even just one person become the best version of themselves.
