My Approach to Helping

Working with me is welcoming, relaxed, and flexible. I’m client-centered, compassionate, and friendly, creating a space where you feel comfortable expressing yourself authentically. I tailor our work based on your needs—whether you’re seeking solutions or deeper insight, I’m here to help you find what fits best for you. I believe trust is the foundation for building resilience and achieving success, and I’m dedicated to helping you cultivate that trust, both in yourself and in your relationships. Our sessions are collaborative, allowing you to explore what’s holding you back, gain new perspectives, and develop practical tools for positive change. Together, we’ll navigate life’s challenges, from managing stress and loneliness to breaking unhelpful patterns, all with the goal of leading a more fulfilling, connected life.

More Info About My Practice

I’m passionate about design and creative expression as powerful tools for processing internal conflict, alongside or beyond traditional talk therapy. I believe that healing can take many forms, and I incorporate somatic therapies into my practice to address the mind-body connection. I hold certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Trauma-Informed CBT, and am trained in Motivational Interviewing, Brief Strategic Family Therapy, and conflict management. I believe that when we integrate these diverse approaches, we can create a more holistic path to healing. I’m committed to offering clients multiple avenues to explore their emotions, whether through movement, creativity, or reflection, allowing them to find what resonates most deeply for their personal growth.
