My Approach to Helping
Compassion, support, and empowerment are at the center of my practice. I work from a holistic, client-centered perspective and through a collaborative process. Using a multimodal approach helps me apply techniques that best apply to a client’s personal history and goals set in therapy. I am passionate about teaching effective coping skills, providing psychoeducation, guiding the adjustment of unstable thoughts and behaviors, working through past traumas, and meeting goals to live a higher quality of life.
I work with teens, adults, and couples, and specialize in anxiety, ADHD, and relationship issues. I practice from a mindful, strengths-based approach, and I provide a safe, warm environment that is conducive toward you achieving your goals.
