Hi! I am glad you are here and considering me as your therapist. I am accepting new clients and will return calls and emails within 24 hours on business days. I help individuals, families, and couples work through past and current life challenges. I choose effective approaches that are individualized and help you identify with more sustainable tools to utilize for coping and problem-solving in daily life. It can be difficult to find a therapist that is the right fit, and who will successfully help you reach your goals. I work with individuals who want to address concerns efficiently, work towards growth and change, and not be in therapy long-term.
