My clinical approach utilizes EMDR, ACT, and Internal Family Systems. I also use techniques from the Gottman Method for couples with tangible tools to strengthen relationships, manage conflict, and cultivate shared dreams. By holding space for your unique experiences and identities, I provide validation, psychoeducation, and tangible tools that you can implement in your daily life and relationships to make real change that aligns with your true values.
