My Approach to Helping

We all experience challenges in life that leave us with baggage, causing us to question why we are a certain way. Maybe you are ready to address painful memories and the issues holding you back in relationships or at work. In my therapeutic relationships, I provide compassion, support, and a bit of humor so clients can feel comfortable being exactly who they are and grow to thrive authentically. My clinical approach utilizes EMDR, ACT, and Internal Family Systems. I also use techniques from the Gottman Method for couples with tangible tools to strengthen relationships, manage conflict, and cultivate shared dreams. By holding space for your unique experiences and identities, I provide validation, psychoeducation, and tangible tools that you can implement in your daily life and relationships to make real change that aligns with your true values. Finding the right person to support you on your journey is the first step in making lasting change. I can't wait to meet you.

Our highly experienced, compassionate, and multidisciplinary team consists of mental health therapists with a variety of specializations. We now provide high quality outpatient therapy in Overland Park for a variety of concerns and diagnoses.

We value a holistic approach to wellness and are concerned with the overall, long-term wellbeing of individuals, relationships, groups, and families. Our team of clinicians are a reliable, committed, and caring support team for every client’s journey from shame to self-acceptance, empowerment, and freedom.

We conceptualize client issues through assessment, diagnosis (if appropriate), goal setting, and addressing family systems. Our interventions are custom-made to each individual’s needs.
