My Approach to Helping
I believe we all need something different, and it's important to me to help you find that for yourself. Most of us know when something feels "off" or when we want better for ourselves, but it can be hard to know where that's coming from or what needs to change. As a therapist, I love helping people discover deeper layers of who they are. I'm also eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) trained and much of my work is focused on helping people move through and beyond trauma and difficult experiences, learning how to integrate them into your sense of self and history without letting them become your whole self.
