My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling lost, overwhelmed, and alone? Have you been impacted by trauma, anxiety, and depression? Life can feel pretty hard when you are carrying the extra weight of mental health struggles, stress, and emotional pain. We can work together to create the life you want to live.
I have been working with people like you since 2015 and I love what I do. I pride myself on being a compassionate person that makes you feel safe, heard, and unconditionally supported. Taking that first step to start therapy can be scary and I am here for you. The space we create is for you and your growth. When you come into our virtual therapy sessions you will be taken care of in a safe space and we will work together toward your happiness. You deserve to feel free to be yourself and love who you are. I am here to listen, validate, and facilitate transformation by exploring your inner world. In our sessions, we will find the root causes, work with your mind and body, and create new supportive experiences and beliefs. We will build you up with approaches that encourage empowerment.
I also create a safe space for people that are part of (but not limited to) the LGBTQIA2S+, kink, queer, and non-monogamous communities. I am in the community and have expert training in working with our populations.
