My Approach to Helping
Relationships make up the core of our lives. They can be fulfilling, yet also challenging at times. When we get stuck in our relationships, it can be helpful to know that there are many options. My role is to assist you in determining where you are in your relationship; what choices are available for you; which road you want to take. Let me be your guide towards which road to travel. I am also a Divorce Coach and work as a member of the Collaborative Law team of professionals.
More Info About My Practice
I am currently on Cigna, BC/BS, Humana, Aetna, Medicare, CorpCare EAP and EAP Consultants. I accept cash, checks and credit cards. A $1 fee will be added to credit card transactions.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
As long as I can remember, I have wanted to be a therapist. I truly love helping people work through their issues and find the light at the end of the tunnel. When people are struggling, to be able to provide insight, guidance and hope for them is an amazing feeling and it's why I love going to work every day.
My Role as a Therapist
I feel that my role as a therapist is one of non-judgement, support, encouragement and understanding. I want my clients to feel safe and supported with me and be open and willing to do the work it takes to get them to the place they want to be. It is not my job to tell clients what to do and I can not do the work for them. They have to be motivated and invested, just as I am to see them achieve their desired outcomes.
